To make the students aware of the moral, cultural, and spiritual values of Indian culture and religious values, Krishna Janmashtami was observed by our Presidians. Krishna Janmashtami, also known as Janmashtami, is an annual Hindu festival that celebrates the birth of Lord Krishna, the eighth avatar of Vishnu. The day is picked according to the Hindu luni-solar calendar on the eighth day of Ashtami in the month of Bhadon. In the virtual assembly of grade 5C, the students were beautifully dressed in ethnic wear with their beaming faces. Young Presidians were too excited and were brimming with confidence. They gave beautiful performances like dances, poems, bhajans, sharings, etc. Students shared how Janmashtami is a symbol of love, togetherness, and sacrifice for each other.
