In order to apprise our young brigade of the importance of the nation’s defense mechanism, Indian Army Day was celebrated. It is observed on 15th January every year in recognition of Field Marshal K.M. Cariappa’s taking the charge of the nation’s reins from the Britishers. To instill a sense of bravery and fearlessness, young Presidians were given yet another opportunity to showcase their talent. It is no surprise that they are always ready to shoulder the responsibilities with great zeal and enthusiasm. The students of grades 6 to 8 reflected their commitment and ardor towards their nation through their artistic skills by putting up a great show in the form of different drawings, sketches, and paintings. A pool of colours spread on their palettes was a mesmerizing scene to watch and truly paved a way in the right direction for them. It’s rightly quoted that they always win with a knockout because there are no runners-up in the war.
