'To dance is to be yourself, be larger, more beautiful and more powerful. This power is the glory on Earth that is yours for the taking.'
With this beautiful thought in mind, World Dance Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Presidium Gurgaon 57. Students got a wonderful opportunity to witness the captivating Bharatanatyam performance by the eminent dancer, Smt. Ragini Chandrashekhar. With her mesmerising and enthralling dance Mudras, she stole the hearts of young Presidians and made them develop a sense of respect for dance. She also enlightened them on the most diversified dance forms of our culture.
The celebration proved to be a learning experience for students as they gained an insight on the wonders and marvels of Indian culture which celebrates art in all of its forms
