"The earth laughs in flowers!" - Ralph Waldo Emerson 

The grade 5 students of Presidium Gurugram recently conducted a special assembly to celebrate the Earth Day in the school premises. The programme was inaugurated by our respected and beloved Ammaji, our honourable chief guest for the day. The programme began with highlighting the importance of this special day and the major issue of global warming. Students then presented a beautiful song on ‘Mother Earth’, which was applauded by all. Ammaji started the plantation drive by planting first sapling of Mango, post which, our young nature lovers moved to each and every corner of the school and planted and watered the saplings.
