Everytime you eat is an opportunity to nourish yourself and heath begins from eating healthy food. Keeping this notion in view, Presidium Palam Vihar recently conducted an assembly on ‘Healthy Food’. The students shared that we must maintain a balanced diet which includes all kinds of food in the right quantity. Their performances also conveyed that healthy eating is not about strict dietary limitations, staying unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. It’s about feeling great, having more energy, improving your health, and stabilizing your mood. The assembly concluded with a promise to always consume healthy food and stay fit through regular exercises.
