"WASTE ISN'T WASTE UNTIL WE WASTE IT - RECYCLING TURNS THINGS INTO OTHER THINGS. WHICH IS LIKE MAGIC"
To keep as much material out of the landfill as possible, it's important for each of us to do our part. The students of classes I, II, and III participated in the ‘Best out of Waste’ competition. The objective of the competition was to create a love for the environment, by making the best out of waste with the help of discarded things. Students used their imagination and creativity to create innovative things. Students used broken bangles, plastic bottles, waste boxes, peanut shells, beads, thermocol glasses, old CDs, etc. All these things which are waste in our day-to-day lives were used with innovation and a variety of things were made from them. Students made a snowman, a pen stand with bangles, a night lamp with waste thermocol glasses, and paper flowers were artistically made. The criteria for the competition were presentation, use of material, innovation, and overall effect.
